Here's a very popular bit made by Pat Vaughn and patterned after a Klapper bit. The mouthpiece is a medium port with copper overlay on the underside of the port. The short shanks are overlaid with engraved silver and copper accents. This bit might make a good transition bit for the horse ready for a solid mouthpiece and is also suitable for the finished horse needing a bit with less leverage.
