Bit and Spur Company offers a generous return policy.

Bit Return Policy

Feel free to order a bit and try it to make sure that it will work for you. If it is not what you are looking for, return it in the same condition (cleaned) within one week from the date that it was received and you will be charged a $10 restocking fee. A store credit will be issued for the remainder. Should the bit not be in the same condition, a pro-rated percentage charge will be applied and the remainder of the balance will be applied to a store credit.

Please be aware that trying a bit does not mean that it is acceptable to use the bit to show in and subsequently if Bit and Spur Company is aware of such activity, a charge equal to 3 times the purchase price of the bit will be assessed.

Bits will not be accepted for return after 7 days of receipt.

All other items

A 30 day return policy, from the date of receipt, applies to all other items including spurs. These items must be returned in unused condition for a refund less shipping charges.
